Cultura aims to create a vibrant hispanic community space, engaged in discovering, exploring and creating connections through the fostering of belonging and  self-expression. The centre aims to provide oppotunities for self discovery and social connection. 

Cultura aspires to serve as a space to connect the community of Oakville to the growing Hispanic population by promoting awareness of Hispanic cultures, arts and humanities.
